What's the best way to order Focus Vitamins?

We encourage you to create an account on our website to place orders. Your account will allow you to check the status of your current order, change your billing or shipping information, manage product subscriptions, and view your order history. If you prefer to order over the phone, please call (855) 663-6287.

Can I place an order as a guest without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. Simply add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and choose the "Checkout as Guest" option. However, creating an account allows for easier order tracking and a faster checkout process for future orders.

Do I need to enter my credit card information again?

Because of website updates and increased security for your personal details, you will need to enter your payment information again if you do NOT have a recurring autoship. If you had an active subscription prior to 3/5/2024, you will not need to enter your card information again.

How do I place an order?

  1. Log in to your account or proceed as a guest.
  2. Browse our products and select the items you want to purchase, and if applicable the duration of the product and whether you want recurring delivery (autoship).
  3. Add the selected items to your cart.
  4. Review your cart and click the "Checkout" button.
  5. Enter your shipping and payment information.
  6. Review your order details and click "Place Order" to complete the purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

How can I track my order?

To track your order, log in to your account and go to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section. There, you will find information about your order status and tracking details, if available.

How do I update my account information, such as my email or shipping address?

To update your account information, log in to your account, and navigate to the "Account" or "Profile" section. From there, you can edit your personal information, including your email and shipping address. Multiple shipping addresses can be added or managed here.

Can I see my past order history?

Yes, you will be able to see your order history information from the past year. Don't worry if you don't see your order history immediately as we are updating our processing systems.

Can I save items in my cart for later purchase?

Yes, you can save items in your cart for later by clicking the "Save for Later" or "Wishlist" option. These items will be accessible when you log in to your account for future purchases.

How do I add a coupon code?

Once you have selected all your desired products, click the ‘checkout’ button. This will take you to a screen where you can add your coupon code where it be applied to your order.

How are my vitamins shipped?

Products are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, or United States Postal Service with the exception of Hawaii which is only United States Postal Service. Shipping is free on individual bottles when you choose to auto-renew.

Can I return my vitamin order?

Retail purchases may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. Please call (855) 663-6287 with your order number (RMA) for return instructions.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling (855) 663-6287. If an order has shipped, an order number (RMA) is given for returns per the instructions above.

How can I check the status of my order and see package tracking information?

Login to your account to check tracking information for each of your orders.

I signed up for subscription ordering, but am unsure when my next order is going to arrive. How do I find out?

Login to your account, and view your order history to see the last date of the subscription order. The next subscription order is scheduled for processing the designated period after the last subscription order date. In general, subscription orders are processed and entered on your account 5-10 days prior to delivery.

How do I delay an order

If your order is a subscription order you can login to your customer portal and change the delivery date. If an order is a one time order, please call us as soon as possible so that we can try to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped if the items were already shipped.  

How do I know when my next auto ship date is?

Login to your customer portal to see the next autoship date for your order.


Where can I purchase Focus Vitamins?

Focus Vitamins are available at participating physician offices across the country and select pharmacies. Click here to find a location closest to you. Focus Vitamins can also be purchased on this website or through our call center. Can I pay by check?

We currently do not accept payments by check. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is a Retina Specialist?

A Retina Specialist is an Ophthalmologist who has undertaken two extra years of specialized training known as a Retinal Fellowship to master the medical and surgical treatment of retinal and macular diseases. An Ophthalmologist is a medical Doctor who typically has 12 years of post high school education (four years each of College, Medical School, and Residency training). A Retinal Specialist is an Ophthalmologist who has also taken a Retina Fellowship.
